As I learn more along my yoga, fitness, and nutrition journey, I experiment with food to make meals healthier without sacrificing taste and quality. Healthy eating has been a long journey and I occasionally do fall back into bad eating patterns. Part of this journey has caused me to become more aware of what I eat by regaining control of my health and learning to let go of the junk food while exploring more healthy and tasty options for food.
Here I will share with you some recipes that I come up with over time that I believe to be delicious, fresh, and good for you. I hope you enjoy these dishes as much as I have!
