As I learn more along my yogic journey and exploration into holistic nutrition, I experiment with food to make meals more healthy without sacrificing taste and quality.  Eating healthy has been long journey for me, as I do fall easily into craving junk food occasionally.  I am regaining control of my health and learning to let go of the junk food and explore more healthy and tasty options for eating.  So, I will share with you some recipes that I come up with over time that I believe to be delicious, fresh, and good for you.  I hope you enjoy these dishes as much as I have!
